As Quality Manager you will be responsible for maintaining of company’s quality procedures and workflows. You are proactive, collaborative and dedicated to meeting deadlines and producing results.

Responsibilities

• Monitor that translation/revising/proofreading/reviewing workflows meet ISO standards
• Design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met
• Managing translation memories and terminologies
• Assisting the team with complaint management
• Analyse quality issues and develop corrective actions
• Monitor the database of available freelance translators/revisers
• Evaluate and analyse suppliers’ performance
• Search new suppliers and maintain and update their information on our database
• Use relevant quality tools
• Cooperate closely with Project Managers, Suppliers and DTP experts

Your profile

• University degree
• Fluent in English (additional language skills are appreciated)
• Previous experience in Quality Management and/or translation will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work independently, analyse and work with attention to detail
• Experience working with various CAT tools will be considered an advantage
• A team player with a passion for language, high energy and positive attitude
